Andy McFarland | President
Andy joined PPM in August of 2002, shortly after its founding, and became President in 2004. In that time, PPM has completed over 15,000 As-Built projects, and grown from 2 employees to over 25. Andy has extensive firsthand experience in all aspects of As-Built production including project management, site surveying, drafting, etc… As PPM’s President, Andy’s primary responsibility is to help the Company achieve its objective of becoming North America’s leading As-Built survey provider.
Andy received his Bachelor of Arts in Business from the Haas Business School at the University of California, Berkeley… Go Bears!. He resides in Long Beach and has two young children with his wife, Joan. Andy is an active member of the Long Beach Rotary Club, as well as volunteer positions with Scouts and youth sports. His favorite thing to do is ski, and he dreams of someday competing in downhill races against other old people.
Tawny Correa | Director of Regional Operations
Tawny was one of PPM’s very first employees, joining the company in January of 2005. In that time, she has progressed from measuring and drafting simple backyard site plans, to overseeing all PPM’s As-Built Production across the United States. Tawny is naturally gifted at working with people, a skill she utilizes often in her frequent interactions with PPM clients. Tawny has managed large survey programs for clients including McDonald’s, Chipotle, Lend Lease/KFC, Ferguson Plumbing, Apple, Walgreens, McDonalds, CVS, and U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Tawny graduated from Cal State Long Beach in 2003 with a double Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice & Anthropology. She enjoys spending time with her wife and 3 kids. She brings a smile to work with her every day.
Greg Davies | Director of Special Operations
In his professional life Greg has held paying positions ranging from paper airplane folding teacher to business development director for a Chicago tech company, which are but two points on a winding path that has always been inextricably tied to his final resting place at PPM. Currently serving as the Director of Survey Technology, Greg researches and tests LiDAR (laser scanning) equipment and the accompanying 3D software while working with the PPM production teams to find the places where cutting edge technology can best support tried and true as-built survey methods. Greg has aligned his professional life with a desire to create new things that add a small degree of order to the universe. Greg started his professional career as a scenic carpenter and designer, and has since served as a draftsman, surveyor, graphic designer, project manager, and business manager for any discipline that might require orderly plans of existing conditions.
Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Greg’s life outside of work serves as the antithesis to his need for professional order. Guerrilla theatre productions, hosting mud wrestling charity events, mass naked bike rides with thousands of participants, leading the Chicago chapter of the Pillow Fight Club, and performing with Russian folk choirs in small rock clubs around the world are just a small handful of the types of events Greg participates in to restore balance. His partner in crime, Alyssa, is the primary reason Greg finds himself in California as he works and plays along side her as she pursues a PhD at UCLA.
Denise Sands | Director of Corporate Services
Denise brings to PPM years of experience elevating business operations for service-based organizations. She is a results-oriented Human Resources Manager with a deep knowledge of finance and administration. Denise earned both her Certification (with Distinction) in Human Resources Management and a BA in Theater Arts (magna cum laude) at UCLA.
PPM’s vision, mission and core values are in perfect alignment with Denise’s personal values. She is passionate about supporting and empowering the PPM team. Denise has embraced PPM’s fun, collaborative culture and is committed to preserving this culture of satisfaction and engagement while promoting company growth.
Denise grew up in a sports–oriented family. Her father was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles and later coached her fast-pitch traveling softball team.
Denise loves to exercise, travel, read, and take long walks near the beaches of her South Bay home. Denise has hiked Mt. San Jacinto in Palm Springs and was a winning contestant on “Wheel of Fortune”.

Bill Hudson | Project Manager, Special Operations Team
Bill enjoyed his previous career in the banking industry, working as a vice president banking manager for 12 years. After being displaced during the financial crisis in 2011, he took the opportunity to venture into the As-Built world by chance and began building his business from the ground up. During his time as a business owner and contract surveyor, he spent ten years performing thousands of surveys all over the country. This experience taught Bill all aspects of the AEC industry and propelled him into a knowledgeable, top-tier surveyor.
Although Bill worked with many As-Built companies across the country, he always had an affinity and special place in his heart for PPM. Bill joined PPM in the summer of 2021, eagerly throwing his hat into the ring as soon as the position for project manager of special operations became available. He knew this was the right place and the position for him. He is ecstatic about being a part of the PPM team and cannot wait to help guide you along during your project, and PPM is lucky to have him!
Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children. He is an active soccer, basketball, baseball, and football coach. When the kids aren’t preparing to be future hall-of-famers, the family loves to spend time at their lake house boating, swimming, and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit at night. In his spare time, he loves to brew beer and use his hands to build various projects around the home for his wife.

Tyler graduated from Northridge High School in 2016. He then attended the Architectural and Engineering Design Program at Davis Technical College. Since then, Tyler has flourished in his role of production drafter at PPM. He was one of the first team members of our Salt Lake City Production team and continues to elevate himself – now managing a team of drafters who produce solely for our Southern California As-Built projects.
